Refund Policy

If the supplier cannot fulfill your order within 14 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund.

If the item arrives damaged or materially different from the confirmed quote, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received, or when the supplier confirms the defect.
