Nothing is added after checkout
Most sourcing quotes stop at the factory gate. Ours runs to your address, and each part of it is shown as a separate line you can check.
If the confirmed freight differs from the estimate by more than 15%, we ask before charging the difference.

Common questions
Before you send a request
- Why is the price different from what I see on the supplier page?
- A supplier price excludes everything that gets the goods to your door. We quote the landed total instead: the item, Chinese domestic shipping to our warehouse, international freight, duties and taxes, our service fee, and the card processing fee.
- What if the real shipping cost differs from the estimate?
- Freight and duties are estimates until the parcel is packed and weighed. If the confirmed cost varies by more than 15%, we contact you before charging anything further.
- Can I buy a sample before a bulk order?
- Yes. Request a sample from your quote page. We purchase a single unit and ship it so you can check quality before committing to volume.
- What happens if the item is damaged or wrong?
- Send us photos within the refund window described in the refund policy. If the supplier delivered something different from the approved quote, we refund or replace it.
