Privacy Policy

Last updated October 7, 2026

This policy explains what personal data LandedSource collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, mobile app, and customer service channels.

What we collect. Your name and email address; your delivery address, city, state, and postal code; your product photos and descriptions; the messages you exchange with us; and your order and payment status.

Why we use it. To identify and verify suppliers, produce quotes, purchase and ship your order, provide customer service and translation, send transactional email, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Legal bases. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on performance of a contract for order handling, legitimate interests for fraud prevention and service improvement, consent where we ask for it, and legal obligation for tax and accounting records.

Who we share it with. We share the minimum necessary with: Chinese marketplace suppliers and agents who quote or fulfill an item; our international carriers; our payment processor (payment card details are handled by them and are not stored on our servers); our email provider for transactional messages; our logistics tracking provider; and our AI providers, which process product photos and descriptions to identify items and to translate messages.

International transfers. We operate across China and other regions, so your data may be processed outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it. Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Product photos and support messages are kept while your account is active and for a short period afterwards for dispute handling. Verification codes expire in 10 minutes.

Your choices. You can export or delete your data at any time from the account data page. If you are in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or California, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local authority. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies. We set a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the service to work, is not used for advertising, and is not shared with third parties.

Security. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is limited to staff and processors who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children. Our service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
